To use our Service, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access • Be at least 18 years of age • Be legally authorized to register or act on behalf of the property You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
When submitting documents through our platform, you confirm that: • All submitted documents are genuine and unaltered • You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the property • The information provided is accurate and complete • You have the legal right to apply for the selected registration service Submission of fraudulent or forged documents is a criminal offense under Indian law. My Property Registration reserves the right to report such activity to law enforcement authorities.
Our service fees are: • Clearly displayed before you confirm your registration • Non-refundable once document processing has begun, unless cancelled within 24 hours • Subject to applicable taxes (GST) • Payable through our secure payment gateway Government registration charges (stamp duty, registration fees) are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to the relevant government authorities.
Our vendors are independent professionals. While we verify their credentials and monitor their performance: • My Property Registration does not guarantee specific outcomes of any registration • Vendors are responsible for their own professional advice • You should independently verify critical legal matters with a registered lawyer • We are not liable for delays caused by government offices or third-party agencies
You agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform • Use the platform for any illegal purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files • Harvest or scrape data from our platform
All content on our platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of My Property Registration and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Property Registration shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or revenue • Delays caused by government registration offices • Errors or omissions in property records held by government authorities • Service unavailability due to force majeure events Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Engage in fraudulent activity • Fail to pay applicable fees • Misuse the platform in any way You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Active registrations must be completed or cancelled before account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
